Shipping policy

1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DISPATCHED?
We just need no longer than 1 business day to deal with your order. 

2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Usually shipping time takes 1-2 working days to arrive after dispatched (for UK orders).
During rush days, please estimate extra 1 business days more than usual.

3. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Absolutely - we will send you a tracking number once your product has been dispatched - this can be used to track your order.

4. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

We will do our best to amend the shipping address, however our orders are processed by a 3rd party logistics company and we are not able to guarantee that it can be amended. We encourage you to check your shipping details before placing the order.

5. CAN I GET DELIVERY TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
Please contact us support@charava.com to ask on a case by-case basis, but at checkout you will be able to see which countries we can ship to.
You will be liable for any import or customs duties as applicable.
