UK Shipping:
Free shipping option/s are available for all UK orders over £50.00.
Orders of less than £50.00 are charged £5.99. 
Delivery time is calculated based on when the order is fulfilled and handed over to our courier partner.

International Shipping:
International orders are sent via Royal Mail and costs £19.99.

Returns:
You are welcome to return any goods purchased within 7 days of receiving the item.

• Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in their original unopened packaging.
• If you are returning the item because it is not suitable or you have changed your mind we will refund you, less the courier fee once the item has been returned to our warehouse and our team has confirmed that the item is in a saleable condition.
• If the return is due to misrepresentation on our site we will refund you in full as soon as the item is received back at our warehouse.
• The refund will be done in the form of the original tender of the order.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the address can be obtained by contacting support@charava.com
• Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 10 working days once order arrives at the warehouse.
• Please note we will not accept returns of products that have been opened given the sensitive nature of our products.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Visit Charava Account
2. Log in using the email address associated with your subscription.
3. Click Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
5. Click Cancel Subscription.
6. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Once your cancellation has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
